I weighed in this morning???
Down another 5 pounds!!!!! 2 years ago I weighed 334 I am now at 232.5. I started this plan through the Clinic on August at 303LBs. I am now at 232.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did I say 232.5 Yipeee!!!
I started in a size 46 Jean and am now in 36's
Even with the Superbowl Mary :-) It's ok to eat bacon rolled smokies sometimes!
