What a gorgeous day in the Northwest! I worked from 10am on without a coat on. Things are going along pretty fine around here. Allison is going in on Friday to have her Gaul blatter removed so I will head home Thursday afternoon. I think I may have the same problem but will put it off as long as I can. It seems to be on of the drawbacks of doing a low fat diet. Allison is down 40 pounds and I am down over 60. I started in a 46 jean and am buying 36's this week? Yippee.

So -- C & D say Allison looks fantastic - she's lost so much weight. And we told them that Pat does, too!! Wish you both felt better and know all will go well for Allison on Friday.
