Weigh In
I weighed in this morning and am down 5 more pounds to 237 (started Aust 25th) I was 303 then. September 2006 I weighed 334 so I am almost down 100!! Allison lost 3 more ponds also! WHOO HOOO!

Monday January 19th
Hey there!
What a gorgeous day in the Northwest! I worked from 10am on without a coat on. Things are going along pretty fine around here. Allison is going in on Friday to have her Gaul blatter removed so I will head home Thursday afternoon. I think I may have the same problem but will put it off as long as I can. It seems to be on of the drawbacks of doing a low fat diet. Allison is down 40 pounds and I am down over 60. I started in a 46 jean and am buying 36's this week? Yippee.
